At Xwearings, each item is made with care and attention to detail. As most of our products are custom-made or personalized, we kindly ask you to review our policy below before placing an order.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom-made products (including items with logos, designs, or personalized modifications) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind.
Please ensure all design files, order details, sizes, and instructions are correct before confirming your order.
2. Non-Custom Items
For non-customized products, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

The product is in resalable condition
Please contact us before sending any return items.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our mistake.
5. Important Notes

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, design files, or address).

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
